These terms of Service apply when you (“the Customer”) use the services provided on the online platform (“the Service”) which have been made available by CARP Audio, a company registered under KVK: 87197642, at Vlaamse Gaai 39, 3893KE Zeewolde, The Netherlands.

The Service includes any purchase, subscription, download, view or use of audio software and products made available to you on the platform.

Provisions specifically applicable to purchase and license of software provided under the Service, are set out in the End User License Agreement.
