Swing Master v1.2.0 - Improved Real-Time Audio De-Clicking for Cleaner Grooves!

We just pushed an update to Swing Master that improves the way clicks are handled during real-time audio slicing.

Swing Master creates swing by slicing audio along the DAW’s beat grid and delaying selected steps. This comes with a unique technical challenge: unlike MIDI or offline audio warping, Swing Master has to operate on audio that’s already in motion. Whenever you cut a waveform at a non-zero crossing, you risk introducing a “click”, essentially a sudden discontinuity in amplitude.

Initially, we solved this with short fades, but real-world feedback (plus our own obsession with micro-timing) pushed us to rework the algorithm. The new approach applies micro-fades and smoothing operations in a better way.

Drums, percussion, and loop-based material rely heavily on micro-timing, and our goal is to keep that intact while giving producers more control over feel.

If you already own Swing Master, the update is free. If you're trying the demo, you’ll get the improvements right away.
